Thank you, I had fab stay. The place was nicely appointed, fairly clean, had fine rooms and staff. They offered me eggs, fresh fruit, tea, jam and croissants in the morning. Relaxed by the pool, it was heated, especially when the weather was wonderful.

We loved it, the hotel was private and had ideal location and service. Room had a luxurious bathroom and balcony, Wi-Fi and big windows. Stylish reception. There where reliable internet and paid parking available. Our experience here was fairly nice...

Quiet place, you know. Overall, it's decent base for exploring Ha Long attractions. Right by the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. Plenty of food for a buffet breakfast. We found a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a safe and a mini-fridge-bar in the deluxe king room.

Noisy street, but can't fault the hotel.
